Innovative Support Services, Inc. is owned and operated by Sheila Saxe and Phil Saxe. Innovative Support Services, Inc. is a member of the Wethersfield, Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.

Sheila Saxe has a Bachelors in English from Boston University and a Masters in Career Counseling from St. Joseph College in West Hartford, Connecticut. She is a member of the American Counseling Association. In addition she holds a CLU from American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Phil Saxe has a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven, Connecticut. Phil has work experience in the aerospace and food processing industries. He has been a member of the Wethersfield, Connecticut Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was President of the Wethersfield-Rocky Hill Connecticut Rotary Club.
